2021 Fall and 2022 Spring WAPA PA-Student Scholarships 
WAPA will issues 5 Student Scholarships per year. 4 in the Spring (awarded in April) and 1 in the Fall (Kaye Kvam Memorial Scholarship-awarded in October)
